Such misuse will lead to the immediate suspension of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between TNV Product Certification and the concerned business associate or client.

Continued violations may result in the termination of the agreement without prior notice. TNV Product Certification emphasizes that such actions are subject to severe consequences, including potential legal proceedings. TNV bears no responsibility for the unauthorized actions of its business associates or clients.

This public notice serves to inform all stakeholders of the ramifications of violating the terms and conditions outlined in the MOU or agreement. The use of TNV marks and accreditation symbols is strictly permitted only in accordance with established rules and guidelines.
