4. Client Responsibilities

5. Fees and Payment

10. Use of TNV Certification Mark

Certified clients are authorized to use the TNV Product Certification mark only in accordance with TNV’s Logo Usage Policy.

Unauthorized use or misleading representation of certification status may result in legal action and immediate withdrawal of certification.
11. Changes to Terms
